Bee Jive is an Ohio-based apiary striving to provide quality raw honey to its local and national audience while educating others on beekeeping, bee-friendly gardening, uses for honey, and more.
While creating this project, I wanted to go against the typical forms and associations many other bee-related businesses utilized (in other words, a bee drawing out the word mark or honeycomb icon for some letter). I decided to go with a flowing style to echo the flight of bees without explicitly showing it. In addition, the hand-illustrated brand pattern is of bee balm and aster - two bee-friendly flowers.
